Environmental Services

Real People. Real Solutions.

Cornerstone offers comprehensive environmental consulting services to support clients across the real estate, industrial, and development sectors. Our expertise spans environmental due diligence, building science assessments, site investigation and remediation, tank services, PFAS management, and ecological surveys. We tailor each project to our clients’ objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance, environmental protection, and practical, cost-effective outcomes.

Our Due Diligence Services include ASTM-compliant Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, risk assessments, and property condition evaluations. The Building Sciences Division provides asbestos, lead, mold, and water quality inspections to help manage health hazards in buildings. Our Site Remediation Team handles all phases of environmental cleanup from investigation to closure while our Tank Services Group supports UST/AST compliance, removal, and cleanup. Additionally, we offer Ecological and Regulatory Services such as wetland delineations, wildlife assessments, and stormwater planning.

Contamination assessment and remediation services address some of the most complex environmental challenges our clients face. We conduct comprehensive soil and groundwater investigations that characterize contamination and assess potential risks. Our contamination characterization and risk assessment work provides the foundation for effective remedial design and implementation. We design and oversee remediation systems, provide long-term monitoring and maintenance, and address emerging contaminants like PFAS that present new challenges for environmental professionals.

Our Environmental Services are led by Scott Randall, LPG, CQM, who brings over 35 years of hands-on expertise in geology, hydrogeology, and environmental consulting. Scott’s experience spans complex regulatory frameworks and cutting-edge environmental challenges, ensuring that every project receives the highest level of technical expertise and strategic guidance.

His leadership of our qualified team of environmental professionals ensures that we consistently deliver the technical depth and practical solutions our clients need.
